Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is a Hollywood actor, writer and bestselling novelist. Her talent has earned her international recognition. Sagittarius is her birth name, and she was born in North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She's the most senior of three kids who were born to Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) as well as Anne Smith, a psychologist. She has English and Scottish ancestry. Moore had a difficult time due to the fact that her family was always shifting due to her father's employment. Moore was in the class of Frankfurt American High School in Germany as her parents moved there. She began performing in theatre. She furthered her education at Boston University, graduating in 1983 with a B.F.A. Moore graduated in 1983, with the degree of B.F.A. Moore is a theater graduate who attended the college with honors in New York and started her career as an off-Broadway actress following her move into New York. In an episode of The Edge of Night in 1985, she made her first on-screen appearance. In 1986 she was given the dual characters of Sabrina Hughes, and Frannie Hughes in the As the World Spins. The role provided her with an opportunity that ultimately led to her successful career. In 1988, she was an actor in the show, and won a Daytime Emmy Award. Her film debut came in the year 1990, with Tales from the Darkside: The Movie, which was later described by her as a horrible low-budget movie. The film was followed by Short Cuts (1993) and 3 Women (1997) both produced by Robert Altman. The critically acclaimed performance of her in short-cuts (1993) was rewarded with several nominations. Moore had her debut main role as a lead actress in Safe(1995). The actress' career took a turn when Steven Spielberg cast her to be the main character in Jurassic Park: The Lost World which became the highest grossing film of 1997. She received a SAG Award nomination for Magnolia at the end of 1999. The Hours was her co-starring role in 2002, and it earned nine Academy Award nominations, including Nicole Kidman. Moore was also in The Forgotten (2004), Freedomland 2006, Shelter 2010, etc. She appeared in Non-Stop (2014). Moore has appeared in numerous movies and television shows. Most recently, she was in leading roles is in 2022, After You Finish Securing the World. In Hollywood She has also become a published author for children. Her first novel was published Freckleface Strawberry (2007) and was a N.Y.T. bestseller. This best-seller was turned into a movie, a series, and even a musical. The year 2013 saw her release the book, My Mom is a Foreigner. Moore is an accomplished writer and actress. Moore's personal life therefore, falls under the domain of public record. In 1984, she got married to John Robin and in 1995 they separated. Moore has two children along with Bart Freundlich whom she later was married to in 2003. Moore's career, friends and family are the top priorities in her life.
